Hi, I’m Sakshi Jambhule
I’m a college student, wellness enthusiast, and content creator behind healthzen.in, a platform where I share simple and practical information related to health, fitness, mindfulness, and healthy living.
My interest in wellness comes from my own journey of learning, exploring, and understanding how small lifestyle habits can contribute to a healthier and more balanced life. I enjoy learning about topics such as meditation, yoga, healthy food, fitness, gym workouts, cardio
, mindfulness, and overall well-being, and I love turning what I learn into content that is easy for beginners to understand.
Meditation has a particularly important place in my life. I practice Sahaj Yoga regularly, which has encouraged me to explore mindfulness, inner awareness, and the concept of the 7 chakras. This personal interest has made me curious about the connection between our everyday habits, mindset, physical activity, and sense of balance.
Through healthzen.in, my goal is not to present myself as a doctor, nutritionist, therapist, or fitness professional. Instead, I see myself as a wellness learner and content creator who shares useful information from research, learning, and personal experience. I believe that health information should be simple, responsible, practical, and easy to apply in everyday life.
I also believe that wellness is not about following extreme routines or making overnight changes. It is about building sustainable habits, staying consistent, listening to your body, taking care of your mind, and continuing to learn.
As I continue my college journey, I’m also developing my skills as a content creator and digital entrepreneur. Through healthzen.in, I hope to create a positive space where people can learn about wellness, discover healthier habits, and feel motivated to take small steps toward a better lifestyle.
My philosophy is simple: Learn, practice, improve, and share.
Healthzen.in is a reflection of that journey—and I’m excited to keep learning and growing along the way.
